The bibliotherapy
Also called bibliotherapy, the two terms are synonymous. A complex method that deals simultaneously with the reception of texts and text writing. The brought text excerpts are intended to help surface feelings and experiences related to certain topics, which can then be expressed through one's own text creation. Many studies deal with the positive effects of both reading and writing. By combining the two and introducing psychological methods, bibliotherapy is effective in self-awareness and can support our mental processes. No prior literary knowledge and writing experience required!
